Brief Specification Description:Conduct a pollution status investigation of the reduction-based land reclamation projects in Heqing Town that are proposed for conversion into cultivated land, and issue a testing and investigation report along with a filing form for the record.

The Contract Period:All services shall be completed within one year after the contract is signed.

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This project is specifically reserved for procurement from small and micro-sized enterprises.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) The supplier must have the capacity to independently assume civil liability;
(2) Different suppliers whose legal representatives (persons in charge) are the same, or that have a direct controlling or management relationship with one another, shall not participate in the same government procurement activity under the same contract;
(3) The supplier must hold a valid CMA (China Metrology Accreditation) qualification certificate for inspection and testing institutions issued by a provincial-level or higher quality and technical supervision authority.
