Brief Specification Description:Improve the sewage drainage network, rectify potential force majeure damages to existing facilities, and fill in missing issues through engineering measures such as new pipelines, manholes, pump stations, and integrated septic tanks (specific work content and requirements can be found in the competitive negotiation document, bill of quantities, and relevant materials)

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Require to have a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; 2. Having a valid safety production license; 3. The project manager has the qualification of a second level construction engineer or above for municipal public works, and has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and is not allowed to serve as the project leader in other projects; 4. This project is only available for procurement from various suppliers such as small, medium, and micro; 5. This project does not allow subcontracting.
