Brief Specification Description:The project is at Plot 54A-01, Unit XJZZ-09, Advanced Intelligent Manufacturing Zone, Lingang New Area, Shanghai. It is bounded by Pingxue Road to the south, Haijie Road to the north, Gangyang Road to the west and Plot 54A-02 to the east. A new 24-class middle school for 1,080 students will be built. The total planned floor area is 20,050 sq.m., with 17,500 sq.m. above ground and 2,550 sq.m. underground.It includes teaching buildings, lab buildings, a 600-seat canteen, indoor sports hall, 300-seat small theatre, auxiliary premises, underground garage and dedicated activity sites. Building density is approx. 22.40%, green space ratio 35.0%, floor area ratio 0.74. Electrical, water supply & drainage, landscape, site roads and other ancillary works will be built together. The Contract Period:From the date of contract signing until all contractual work of this project is fully completed.

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Policy on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: this project is reserved exclusively for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
(2) Supporting welfare units for the disabled and prison enterprises, and treating them as small and micro enterprises.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1)Different entities with the same person as their legal representative, or with holding or management relationship, shall not participate in this negotiation simultaneously.
